Mommy: Natalie, what do you want to be when you grow up?
Natalie: I want to be a doctor.
Mommy: You'd be great at that! You're so smart and you love people and you have the determination to do it. Sorry, we're only saving for your undergrad though.
Daddy: What does a doctor do?
Natalie: I want to take care of you (pointing at daddy) and you (pointing at mommy). I want to be a mommy doctor so I can take care of you guys.
