Will is 2 today!

At my 40 week appointment (on our anniversary), I was asked to stay at the hospital for some further tests. I was on machines for a few hours to monitor and then the pitocin began. He waited until 9:30 the next night to make his appearance. I'm learning now that's just how he is wired. It's all in his own time and when he's ready, he lets you know. He's such a smart, independent, sweet, loving boy! From the day he was born he's been my snuggler. He gives the best hugs now and even pats you on the back while he's doing it. I love this little man!

Hours after birth- we can't take our eyes off of him.

Our new family!
Here he is just a few months ago. He loves to climb in boxes!
And he adores his big sister. They will be buddies for life.
